Brand Coordinator

The Role


The Right Now has a unique opportunity for a Brand Coordinator, servicing hospitality and lifestyle clients, in a fast-paced environment. The position will focus on supporting the brand team in LA and NY offices on ideation, media relations, and administrative support, reporting directly to the team lead based in Los Angeles. This role will have a great deal of access to the leadership teams, inclusive of the Founding Partners.


Job Requirements


  • Based in Los Angeles (hybrid schedule), with the flexibility to coordinate across time zones to support a New York-based client.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, in-house or at an agency; internship experience considered

  • Ability to support the team's deliverables for multiple clients. Job requirements include:

    • Creative thinker who will help achieve client goals

    • Organizational skills and hyper-focus on processes are an absolute must

    • Time management and adherence to deadlines are essential

    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with a collaborative spirit a must

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be a team player

  • Must be interested and willing to develop and maintain strong editor and stylist relationships

  • Experience in event coordination, planning and execution – guest list development, securing attendees, and on-site support

  • Verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences, presentations, and in-person meetings

  • Assist in the development of all client assets, e.g. media alerts, press releases, editorial and stylists pitches, etc. Coordinator will ensure all visual and written communications are on brand

  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment


Compensation: $55,000 for up to 40 hours per week. All time upwards of 40 hours is subject to overtime.
